I plan to use this as a place of reflection, a place where I can put my thoughts down on paper and attempt to make sense of the sights, experiences, and feelings of my new surroundings. I want to talk about my explorations as well as my work, the familiar and the very strange, the things I love and the things I am still getting used to. Sometimes I seek to capture a snapshot of a day, a person. Other times I wish to provide a panoramic view of an experience as a whole.

I am just as excited to share all this with you as I am to be here. So make yourself a cup of tea, sit back, and enjoy.
